Independent User group for users, VARs, BPs and developers of Spectrum Scale
IBM are holding their German Spectrum Scale user group meeting on 28th February and 1st March 2018. In addition, there is also a beginners day on 27th February.
This event is organised by IBM and is typically mostly spoken in German. The agenda and registration details on the on the event registration page. The event will include both IBM presentations as well as customer and business partner speakers.
There is an IBM organized joint IBM Spectrum Scale and IBM Spectrum LSF User Meeting at ISC 2017. Agenda and spirit are similar to user group organized events. The the agenda includes user stories, updates on IBM Spectrum Scale and IBM Spectrum LSF, and access to IBM experts and your peers.

The Spectrum Storage Sweden User Group Meeting #6 is an IBM hosted event which includes a track on IBM Spectrum Scale. Here is the report which was sent by Mathias Persson Ölander.
For the 6th time we had the opportunity to host a Spectrum Storage User Group meeting in Sweden. It’s the evolution of the classic Tivoli User Group (Spectrum Protect), now including the full Spectrum Storage portfolio (with a focus on Spectrum Virtualize, Spectrum Control, Spectrum Scale and Spectrum Protect). 150+ attendees joined the meeting at IBM on November 16-17th from all of Sweden, a few guys from Norway and our international speakers from every corner of the world including New Zealand.
